So, I said I was going to have an exciting blog on Saturday, but I was too bored/tired from the Canadian Idol mall autograph session (I hate being in crowds, or line ups, as I always...smell really bad after) to type anywhere else. And then, I just tried to forget about writing a blog.
I went to the Canadian Idol autograph session only for ONE reason. I wanted a picture with Jaydee Bixby. But that, I could not get.
Here's my recap that I posted on VoteForTheWorst.com. (With a bit of it editted)
I showed up there at around 11:40 AM. I thought it'd be at the new Telus store, but no, it was at the Telus booth. So I went up to the booth. There was about 500 people in line. As I had a wristband, I was able to skip a lot of the line, so there were only like 100 or so in front of me. At 1 PM they finally got to the people without wristbands, but only signed for them for about 10 minutes maximum.
I met Kim at about 12:05 PM I think. I opened the VFTW t-shirt, read the letter, took a picture with it, and with it and her. And so we talk a bit, she said "It was true what you said about how Brian's songs sound like Rex".
So, Kim saw basically every single person she knew there. As she was talking to a lot of people in the line up. "OH MY GOSH, YOU SHOULD'VE TOLD ME YOU WERE COMING!!!"
So after waiting a while...
I go up to all of them, and this is 10x more rushed than the autograph line at idol. "You can take pictures of the idols, but not with them." This lady has a crying baby, so she handed the baby to Brian, for Brian to try and calm the baby down. And the baby cried more. And they took pictures and everyone said "AWWWW".
So I get to Carly, have her sign the "Hi Sabrina, Hi J.F.!" sign, and hold it up. You were only able to get 1 item signed, so, 1 item in two places!
When I got to Brian who was next. I didn't talk to him. And just handed him an advertisement in the free Telus bags they were handing out, for him to sign. He signed in a silver sharpie, like Jaydee did last time. (Top 6 results night) Brian, please, you can NOT compare to Jaydee!
And when I get to Jaydee, I get him to sign my 8x10 that I had from top 3 results night... I asked the lady there if it's okay to take a picture with him. She says no, only pictures of them. So then I say "I have something for you" to Jaydee and hand him the VFTW t-shirt, the certificate, and Dave's (Dave = The Webmaster of Vote For The Worst, incase you didn't know) letter.
And he said:
"I read about you guys, I read the forums, you're great".
Of course, my brother said later "He only said that cause he had to, he's probably really insulted right now."
And then I took a picture of him holding the shirt. The first one turned out really blurry. So I took another, still blurry as the lady was so angry I was taking so long, and nearly pushing me away. Then she handed me everything, and said "Take this". And I said "No they're fo......" "Oh, they're for him? Oh, okay!"
So I put the VFTW t-shirt, the letter, and certificate back on the table.
And then, I hooked up with Kim again in Music World, and she told me Tara Oram was there. I noticed she said "Look, there's Tara" and I thought she meant like "Tara from the idol posse". As she saw so many people she knew at the mall. So, I got Tara to sign the sign for Sabrina and J.F. because I thought they might want it too. I wanted a picture with her, but they had to go to the bus, so Tara had to go aswell. So she ran to the bus with Jaydee, Carly, and Brian. And HUNDREDS of people ran, took pictures, and followed them to the bus.
I didn't get a picture with Tara because SOMEONE was talking to her for about 15 minutes. That someone uploaded pictures of themself to the internet. That someone was....LivvyxBaby from IDF.
So then I checked the table to see if Jaydee took the t-shirt, and it wasn't there, so I assume he did. And then I took a picture of the Jaydee cardboard cut out.
I owe my brother BIG TIME for this, as he did not enjoy it, and I hardly did either. (Except for getting the Vote For The Worst t-shirt picture. But then, that was blurry...)

The other day it snowed....A lot. So I took a couple of pictures:
I know Smartie had asked if my pool freezes over. And I said that usually never has one of our pools frozen over.
I guess I was wrong...
So, I have to go, shopping I think... So, blog sometime later.
